What is covered

In the IMDS BASIC Training we will cover the following topics:

  • A short introduction to IMDS : concept, history and the portal
  • Basic rules in the IMDS declaration and examples of incorrect and correct data that follows  those rules
  • Key terms and definitions in IMDS Online
  • Examples of material declaration for different types of products in the IMDS Portal
  • Interactions with the IMDS portal: searches, reports, data export
  • Q&A Session at the end of the course
Duration, cost and conditions:

The course duration is of 8 hours that can be split into two or three course days.

The course is held online, but it can also be held in person depending on the number of participants and location.

The number of participants is between 1 and 8, one course per month.

The price is 1000€ per person (plus VAT) and the payment must be done in advance.

In the IMDS ADVANCED Training we will cover the following topics:

  • IMDS Advanced rules, legislation and documentation
  • Advanced terms and definitions in IMDS Online
  • Examples of different issues that can arise by daily working in the IMDS Portal
  • Checking and evaluation of supplier records – critical aspects
  • Interactive exercises and questions during the course
  • Q&A Session at the end of the course

NOTE: This is an advanced course which requires that you already have the BASIC knowledge in IMDS Online. If you do not have the knowledge then please book an IMDS BASIC Training.

Duration, cost and conditions:

The course duration is of minimum 12 hours that can be split into two or three course days.

The course is held online, but it can also be held in person depending on the number of participants and location.

The number of participants can be between 1 and 8, one course per month. If needed, additional course days can be established.

The price is 1500€ per person (plus VAT) and the payment must be done in advance.

The IMDS Compliance is an area that has a very quick rate of changes happening frequently.

As the IMDS Compliance is a very complex task, there are many documents, procedures and laws to be taken in account.

In the IMDS UPDATE Training we will cover the following topics:

  • Changes in the IMDS Manual releases and how they impact the daily IMDS Compliance activities
  • Change in the Recommendations and their impact in the way of IMDS declaration
  • Changes in the legislation (EU ELV, GADSL, REACH, SCIP, and so on).
  • Q&A Session during the course and an extended session at the end of the course

NOTE: This is an advanced course which requires that you already have at least the BASIC knowledge in IMDS Online. If you do not have the knowledge then please book an IMDS BASIC Training.

Duration, cost and conditions:

The course duration is of minimum 2 hours.

The course is held online, but it can also be held in person depending on the number of participants and location.

The  number of participants can be between 1 and 20, each time there is a new change available in the aforementioned documents or legislation.

The price is 250€ per person (plus VAT) and the payment must be done in advance.
